Esmediallc Walk-In Tubs wants esmediallc.lat to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shows our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.

The Target

We aim for a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Steps We Take

Our practices include efforts to:

• Use clear headings in a logical reading order
• Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
• Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
• Make each page usable by keyboard
• Lay out pages to read well on phones, tablets and computers
• Write in plain, simple language
• Label form fields clearly and keep forms short

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.

• What went wrong and what you hoped would happen

We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Work That Continues

Accessibility is never finished. As we update the website, we will keep improving it.
