Everyone who contacts Esmediallc Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Esmediallc Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.
Email contact@esmediallc.lat and include these details:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. When you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened and what outcome you would like
First, we confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask for another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
